1. About Livento

Livento is a live audience-interaction platform for conferences and live events. The Site is a marketing website. The Livento product is provided separately under its own terms.

2. Use of the Site

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site.
• You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access.
• You agree to provide accurate information in any form you submit.

3. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product screenshots and design — is owned by Livento or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

4. Submissions

Any information you submit through the sign-up form is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential information you would not want shared with our team.

5. Third-party links

The Site may include links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Courts located in Tel Aviv shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
